Sometimes we just need to laugh.
Sometimes we need to be kinder to our bodies.
Sometimes it’s a beautiful moment finding a solution to a problem.
Sometimes you find beauty in your garden and in nature.
And sometimes beauty springs from the most difficult circumstances.
