I am an eclectic quintessential generalist – ex-homeschooling mom of 12 years, wife of over 33 years, computer programmer of 20 years, gardening enthusiast, sci-fi nut, music lover, and creativity addict, among other things.
If it’s purple, I love it. If it’s goofy or it sparkles, I love it even more.
And if it’s related to health, I’m passionate about it after going thru a health crisis in 2023.

Ultimately, I started this website because my joy is teaching, encouraging, and helping others, and filling my life and the lives of those around me with as much beauty as possible.
